Boxing, trauma and moving forward

Last night, while enjoying an espresso, I sat down to watch old boxing matches. It’s been one of my great loves since I lived in New York in the late 1980s and the boxing gym was my second home. Browsing Youtube I settled on a classic. It was two-time heavyweight champion Tim Witherspoon’s 1986 title defense against Frank Bruno.
